Now over 35 000 happy women in 40 countries have been coached by us through weight loss, pregnancies, active training and menopause.     Our coaches are true experts

    Our trainers always have at least 3 years of practical experience. Our dietary advisors are licensed dieticians or nutritionists. With us, you can rest assured that you will be met by professionals with the appropriate skills.

    It will require an effort from you, time and energy, but it is money well invested. What I benefited from the most was the nutritional advice, I thought I was eating too much but I was eating too little. I learned to eat more regularly and my mood was at its best! The most important thing I took away from the journey with Trainimal Woman is that there are no prohibitions. Don’t train too hard, but train smart.
