It will require effort, time and energy but it is money well invested. What I benefited from the most was the nutritional advice, I thought I was eating too much but I was eating too little. I learned to eat more regularly and my mood was at its best! The most important thing I took away from the journey with Trainimal Woman is that there are no prohibitions. Don’t train too hard, but train smart.


I feel strong inside. Now after the journey with Trainimal Woman, I think I feel strong in my whole body in a completely different way, also mentally – I feel prepared for life. I have a plan for what my diet and exercise should look like and I have the knowledge of what I can do to live a balanced and healthy life.


After the children, I didn’t recognize myself, neither on the inside nor the person in the mirror, so I joined because I wanted to find myself again. All the knowledge I got from Trainimal Woman made me a stronger, happier and freer person who dared more. Me, my inner self and my body became a team.


After my time at Trainimal Woman, I take with me that I can train smart, I can have fun when I train and I don’t have to go out of my way to get results. I have learned that diet is very important but I can still eat well and enjoy the food. The diet is beneficial in a way I didn’t think before.

It was on a shopping spree that the decision was made. No clothes fit and I had had enough. The result of MammaFitness has been better than I could have dreamed of. It’s not just the food. Not just the training. It’s a new way of life. A new way of thinking. Now I feel GOOD. It feels great to invest in myself for once.


Where should I start? Besides wondering why I didn’t start sooner? When you know what the day looks like both in terms of diet and exercise, it’s done. My energy is different now, like night and day. Really. The diet as well. But to start, I needed someone to tell me how to do it, both when it comes to diet and exercise… so crazy grateful that I took the step.


My life has changed completely, from being a tired, untrained and listless mother with bad eating habits and escapes, to being a happy, energetic and stronger mother with good eating habits, despite my illness. With the help of my team at Trainimal, I have learned how to manage the disease with the right diet and exercise. For the first time in my life, I feel that I am in control of the disease, not the other way around!


Vegetables consisted of cucumber, lettuce and peppers, maybe once a week. Today I feel incredibly well, I eat fruit and berries several times a day, dinner and lunch without vegetables feel poor, I eat often and avoid the extreme sweet tooth. In the beginning it was hard with all the planning, especially with the food… but now I don’t even think about it.
