How Trainimal Woman works
At Trainimal Woman you get tools for guidance and facts about training. All members receive tips on exercises with guidance on execution in video. As a Premium member, you also have contact with a personal trainer who posts your personal training programs and follows up on your progress every week.
Train for strength and lose weight with the best fitness app for women. The app is your tool for training and nutrition – follow filmed exercises and recipes in the app yourself or get a personal training program and meal plan from coaches who give you feedback in the app.
Follow-up of your development
Our members know that the coaches do a weekly follow-up. It makes it feel a little more difficult to take the easy way out and ignore the good intentions. But it is also a security to know that we are always there to help and support when it feels the most difficult.
It will require an effort from you, time and energy, but it is money well invested. What I benefited from the most was the nutritional advice, I thought I was eating too much but I was eating too little. I learned to eat more regularly and my mood was at its best! The most important thing I took away from the journey with Trainimal Woman is that there are no prohibitions. Don’t train too hard, but train smart.
After my time at Trainimal Woman, I take with me that I can train smart, I can have fun when I train and I don’t have to go out of my way to get results. I have learned that diet is very important but I can still eat well and enjoy the food. The diet is beneficial in a way I didn’t think before.
I feel strong inside. Now after the journey with Trainimal Woman, I think I feel strong in my whole body in a completely different way, also mentally – I feel prepared for life. I have a plan for what my diet and exercise should look like and I have the knowledge of what I can do to live a balanced and healthy life.
