Yes, absolutely. We have no special diet food, but healthy and good food without any oddities that is quick to cook for the whole family. You will also get advice from your dietary advisor on how to think about the children’s food.
You can expect it to be at least 2 times a week with 45 – 60 min per occasion. Depending on your conditions and wishes, there may of course be more sessions, but we do not compromise on the recovery that you need to achieve good results.
With us, you always work with at least one coach, two if you choose our full concept through a Premium Membership. Your coaches always suggest training and diet according to your particular conditions, opportunities, food preferences and goals. Even if you choose Basic, diet and exercise are adapted to you personally by our intelligent system.

IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) is not a proper bowel disease but a concept that includes various problems that have to do with the stomach and intestine. Why these problems arise today is unclear. Symptoms such as stomach ache, constipation and/or diarrhea, gases and bloated stomach are common. There is no general treatment or advice that helps everyone with IBS, as everyone has very different problems and symptoms, so you have to try out what you feel best about.
If you have milder problems, you can experience a significant symptom relief just by changing your dietary habits through WHAT, WHY and HOW you eat. For example, you can eat less gas-forming food if you mainly have problems with gases. If you have problems with constipation and/or diarrhea, you can eat foods that are more or less stopping. If you experience pain in the stomach from lactose, you can try to reduce the intake or try lactose-free products. All this we can help you with here at Trainimal.
For the treatment of IBS, diet according to FODMAP is recommended. This is a dietary treatment that requires the investigation and treatment of a FODMAP-trained dietitian and it is outside what we are able to perform here at Trainimal. If you are interested in dietary treatment according to FODMAP, you need to contact your health care provider.
For those of you who have already been investigated and received a dietary treatment according to FODMAP, in the same way as for everyone else with food allergies and/or intolerance for single foods, you must keep track of that the recipes do not contain ingredients that you cannot tolerate and make sure that with the help of our tools replace what you cannot eat.
